Submission of pornographic or illegal files is strictly prohibited. Do not submit any file that can be construed as pornography or is in violation of any law. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your TinEye account at any time, without prior notice and at Idée’s sole discretion.
Automated searching on TinEye via search scripts will not be tolerated, and will result in blocking of your IP address and/or other termination of your TinEye account.
Images uploaded to TinEye are not added to the search index, nor are they made accessible by other users. Images submitted to TinEye by unregistered users are discarded after 72 hours. Registered users of TinEye may also opt to automatically discard submitted images after 72 hours. Copyright for all images submitted to TinEye remains with the original owner/author.
TinEye search results link to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Idée. Idée assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites.
